Cancellation/Refund Policy

Convenience fees/appointment deposits are non-refundable.  Service fees are still due payable regardless of any notary error. Notary errors are not refundable unless they cannot be corrected.  Only the state law notarization fee is subject to a refund if the notary made an error on a notarial act. Likewise, once a phone order has been placed and convenience fee/appointment deposit payment is non-refundable.  State notarization fees will be refunded if pre-paid only if the appointment is canceled within a 24-hours. If you place a phone order or book online with our agency and call back to cancel within one hour or less from your scheduled appointment time, then there will be a surcharge fee in the amount of $100 payable to our agency.  Furthermore, you expressly agree that in the event of a dispute on a charge, whether by phone, online, or physical swipe, the credit card holder agrees to pay for all our legal fees and expenses incurred in dispute resolution efforts, starting at a minimum of $750.00 USD, as well as reasonable attorney’s fees in the event that civil litigation becomes necessary, including causes of action of fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and other related allegations for any chargebacks received. Upon placing the order for service, you agree to these terms of service. If the notary arrives at the scheduled appointment and you wish to cancel the service for any reason, there will be no refunds. However, you agree to pay a $25 inconvenience fee along with the pre-paid convenience fee/appointment deposit.
